KB Kumar is a prominent educational leader known for his contributions to education. A thinker inspired by the eco-existential and bio-social wholeness of life, he held key positions like the Network Director Cum Senior Vice President of Shri Ram Group, National Director of FIITJEE, and a senior official of the Ministry of Education, Maldives. At the start, he taught at IGNOU and Rishi Valley School, founded by Jiddu Krishnamurthy. Known for his innovative approaches, KB envisioned and nurtured value-inspired global schools, teacher academies, and curriculum reforms across India. He worked with people from every State and UT of India besides 40 nationalities, laboring to understand their differences and oneness. Working with Harvard University, he custom-crafted teaching-leading approaches for K-12 and tertiary institutions in the country.

"If the head does not descend in humility to wed the heart, our education will degenerate into an existential disaster," encapsulates his dictum on life.
