Prodipta Soni

Author of Lost Homes- The Untold Stories
Fiction - Woman Writer of the Year

Prodipto Soni is a debut author whose writing journey has been deeply influenced by her experiences as a mother to twin teenagersone with cerebral palsy and the other with mild autism traits and ADHD. Drawing from these real-life challenges, she brings authenticity and emotional depth to her stories.

After a 15-year career as a high school computer science teacher, Prodipto transitioned into full-time writing, dedicating her work to stories about and for children. From the outset, her mission has been to amplify the voices of children and shed light on their unique experiences.

One of her proudest achievements is publishing an article in Autism Parenting Magazine (London), where she shared her journey of helping her son, who cannot write due to cerebral palsy, learn to express himself through words.

Prodipto is currently working on a project that promotes neurodiversity among children. Her love for literature and travel continues to inspire her narratives, and she seeks to connect with readers who appreciate storytelling grounded in genuine human experiences.
