Born in Lucknow, a city that is famous for its smorgasbord of culture, it was only natural for Reet to be inclined towards reading and writing. You could find her in any corner of a place reading or writing poems, whether it was at home or in school. Over the years, she learnt to express her emotions through prose and poems, and writing became her therapy.

Her first major milestone in writing were the 2 poems that got published in an anthology called �Intoxication�, and from there on her pieces have appeared in many magazines, books and more. She is now a published author, and her book, 'A Plea to the Crow' is the first step in achieving her dreams of become an accomplished author and poet.
