Sushant Rajput is an accomplished management professional with an MBA in Marketing & Systems from Kousali Institute of Management Studies (KIMS), Karnataka University and a graduation in Computer Science. With over two decades of experience across IT/ITES industries, worked with HCL Technologies Ltd., Societe Generale, Cognizant Technology Solutions, and Deutsche Bank.

Alongside his professional role, he is actively involved as a visiting professor at various MBA institutions. He has also been awarded as the �Most Inspiring Author, Professional Skills Trainer and Motivational Speaker� at the India Icon Awards 2024 (India Business Awards). Sushant has also been recognised as �Top 5 Writers of 2024� by Mid-Day and his book has been acknowledged as India�s �Top 10 Must Read Books of 2024� by ABP News Live.

With a passion for research in consumer behaviour, international marketing and sales management, he leverages his academic expertise and practical insights to his writing and teaching.
