Roles & Responsibilities

• Writing clear, usable content that is appropriate for the audience and purpose.

• Reviewing content to make sure it’s accurate, relevant, and matches our style guide.

• Read and evaluate written text for grammatical and typographical error

• Liaise with writers and editors to determine the composition of specific texts in a document

• Compare typeset proofs against original copy to identify errors or omission

• Use word processors and other specialized software to make changes on typeset documents

• Update files on channels in print ready formats to process for printing and distribution

• Bring out innovative and creative project concepts

What You’ll Need to succeed in this role

• A Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or recent graduate) most preferably in English, journalism, or mass communication, or in a related field.

• Teamwork skill to work with authors, editors, and typesetters to publish comprehensible write-ups

• Good Spelling/Grammar Skills to assemble words and apply them in writing

• Promptness and Sincerity

• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign or Adobe Photoshop is beneficial

• Most importantly, you’ll need eagerness to learn.
