Guidelines,

- Register for your chosen translation language

- Submit the details of your work along with complete manuscript in word format in the following Google Form: https://forms.gle/JtDteJWXF8Ae7gen8

- Original content needs to be in English only

- The rates are given for titles having 1 to 300 pages. For more than 300 pages, charge of 8USD per page will apply.

Process Flow,

- Content would be taken up for translation in the respective languages, the timeline for which is 2 to 2.5months including thorugh editing, proofreading, revisions by native language speakers and agencies

- Submission of review files before proceeding further with publication

- Publishing & distribution process as per regular flow in all formats of eBooks, Paperbacks and Hardbacks (We do not charge for publishing with us in any formats)

- Authors are entitled to royalty for sale of published content with set up of Earnings Dashboard

- All participants would be felicitated at Indian Council For Cultural Relations (ICCR), Kolkata with Hardcopy Certificate of publishing and successful translation of their work on 6th August. Those unable to attend will have their Certificates sent via post with other deliverables being carried out as is

Decisions pertaining to the selection of final entries will be made by Ukiyoto's editorial team.
