The Broken Whispers is all about the day-to-day affairs and the short stories that we keep having in our lives.

There are many instances when we think of saying something to someone but do not say that and later remember that lost moment.

Sometimes speaking our heart out with a mere whisper can even do wonders.

Write your best fictional or non-fictional short stories or poetry on love, romance, drama or suspense with publications and Physical Book Launch & Signing, Exclusive Writer's Section and a Networking Dinner at, Kolkata Literary Carnival (KLC) 2024 on Day 2 - 13th Jan'24

And what's more! All the stories in the collection will also be made into an audiobook on Google Play.

Those unable to join in person will be notified via email or online for the deliveries.

Deliverables,

1. Published, distributed and promoted by us as Paperbacks, Hardbacks, Dust Jackets and eBooks worldwide with an equal share of royalty paid to authors on sale.

2. Audio Books created on Google Play for all the stories

3. Grand launch at Kolkata Literary Carnival (KLC) 2024 on Day 2 - 13th Jan with Networking Dinner for all authors

4. Paperbacks will be placed on display for sale at Booker's Lounge, Kolkata

How to submit?

a. Write your short story between 1,000 and 8,000 words or poetry between 800 and 4,000 words and upload your manuscript here (by 30th Nov'23) after registering here which is a mandatory step.

b. Content should be in English only.

c. Content may be published elsewhere earlier but the author should have the rights to his/her content.

You may register now by the Early Bird Deadline of 31st Oct'23 and block your slots and submit your manuscript later on or before the given due date.

We will curate content on a rolling process as and when they come in.

The "works" would be placed in anthology/collections to be produced as books.

Content containing calls to violence or insults to any social groups will not be included!

In case your content is not taken in, the complete amount will be refunded.
