Muktha Jangam was born in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, India, in the year 2002. She began writing in 2015 and has been a co-author of many anthologies like, �Wings Of Poetry�, �Revolution�, �The Importance Of Mental Health�, �A Head Full Of Dreams�, �Hope� and many more. She has won several monthly prompt contests and has had the opportunity to be a part in the e-Magazine �Rebirth and Renewal� by Poetic Reveries, a writing community on Instagram in March 2023. She has written more than 50 poems for �Your Space� in the literary e-journal �Muse India�. One of her poems, "blas�" was published in the first ever e-magazine of BMH (because mental health), a non-profit organization based in Hong Kong on 30 September 2023. She is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree in Visakhapatnam, India. She published her debut chapbook, Il Dolce Far Niente (the sweetness of doing nothing) in December 2023. When she is not writing poems, she is either engrossed in a novel, or watching another anime, often reading manga, scrolling Tumblr or browsing on the internet for another mesmerising painting.
