Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Packaging of items and books and co ordinate with delivery partners online for shipments

  • Update dispatch details to customers on CRM in a timely fashion while adhering to guidelines

  • Be willing to take responsibilities and coordinate with team members 

 

What You’ll Need to succeed in this role

  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Word/Excel knowledge is a plus

  • Promptness, Responsive, Dedication, Sincerity are imperative and highly regarded.

  • Fluency in English, Telugu required and in Hindi is a plus

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Great multitasking skills

  • Attention to details

Additional Details

  • You must have personal conveyance, a two-wheeler. All office expenses will be reimbursed.
